In order to process a refund we request that you initiate shipping back the item to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@teywin.com. With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
You may request a sample unit but once a wholesale order with MOQ has been placed we will not take returns unless there significant damage and request for return is within 14 days of delivery.
Teywin will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Teywin will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
